An atlas. Not a second academy, and not a shop.

Holistic Midlife is how the house talks about traditions, practices, and the whole person without turning Horizon into woo or the Method into a clinic. No SKU. No cohort. If a page there sells something, we have made a mistake.

How to read it as a course (it is not one)

  1. Orient. How to read, when, whole-person. 20 minutes.
  2. Experiences. Sleep, heat, mood, food, intimacy, work, types. Pick the loud one. Stop at one.
  3. Worlds. Ayurveda, TCM, Mediterranean, Japan, Africa, Americas, Pacific, West Asia, integrative. Context, not a protocol to swallow.
  4. Tools. Wheel, week, journal, conversations, evidence, one-pager. Private on her device, like Horizon’s map.
  5. Handoff. If she wants a Tuesday plan: Method. If she wants decades: Room 1. If something is severe: GP / The Visit. The atlas does not treat.

Beside Horizon

Meaning week (6) and Body week (1) may point here for depth. They must not replace the January page with a tradition she cannot keep on a Tuesday. Capacity-first still wins.
