Sixty minutes, if you ever run this in a room.
There is no live Horizon programme on the price list. If a small group or a private room happens, this is the hour. Do not invent a weekly Zoom because the curriculum exists.

| 12–28 | Room 1 on paper. Three lines. Silence is the teaching. |
| 28–40 | One volunteer (optional) — one line only. You do not coach the marriage in the room. |
| 40–50 | Show the January page shape. Three moves. Point to Continue and Week 0. |
| 50–60 | Next door: Method if nights; founding map if years; Work if an employer spoke; stop on time. |
Materials: print pack, Room 1, season chooser. Max group: small enough that you can see faces. Record only with consent. No HRT Q&A.
