This is Antonela’s 1:1, sold from the Method door. Horizon’s 30-minute conversation is not an automatic upgrade. If no seat exists, we say so. We do not invent a waitlist theatre.
Who it is for
A woman whose Tuesday and decades are loud, who has already done Room 1 or the Method reading, and who needs a person — not another PDF. Not couples therapy. Not a financial planner. Not a clinician. Max four at a time so the work can actually be held.
Shape of a week
- One 50-minute session (online, Ireland-friendly hours).
- One written note after: what we named, one move, what is not ours.
- She works the Method levers and/or the Horizon map between sessions — never both as a dare. We pick the louder door in week 1 and review in week 6.

What we will not do in the hour
Advise on HRT. Diagnose. Run the marriage. Design a pension. Extend because the story is unfinished — we book week 13 only if a seat still exists, which it usually does not. Employers belong on Sprint.
