Curriculum · 90-day · Week 0
Days 1–7
Name the season you are actually in.
Not a personality. Not a diagnosis. The rest of the spine is the same six rooms. This week only decides the first question.
Teaching
Women arrive here because something in the body, the brain, or the sense of self has changed. The Method holds Tuesday. Horizon holds the decades. If you cannot tell which is louder, take three questions. If the nights win, stop this curriculum and open the five-minute reading. That is not quitting. That is the house working.
Four seasons: Standard (the years are the assignment). Empty House (a child has left, or is leaving). Diaspora / Dual (two waiting rooms). Capacity-first (the week is already spent by 10am). Wrong is reversible. Capacity-first is always legal. How to spend twenty-five minutes, every week: the playbook.
This week’s work
- Run Which season, or choose a path with your gut.
- Write Room 1 — three lines, capacity not symptoms.
- Read the matching track letter. Print it if you like paper.
On each path
Standard. You are not “finding yourself.” You are dating the years.
Empty House. Decline the hobby offered as a cure. Time arrived in a rush. That is not rest yet.
Diaspora. You may write Room 1 in Romanian. The body is in one weather.
Capacity-first. Do not add a vision on an empty tank. Room 1 is enough this week.
Time · trap · if you cannot
Time. 15 minutes to name the season. 20 minutes for Room 1. Stop after the season if the week is already spent.
Trap. Taking all four seasons as a personality. Naming Empty House because it sounds like a story. Researching HRT as this week’s work.
If you cannot. Room 1 only. Or the Method reading. Capacity-first is always legal.

Done when
A season is named on this device, and Room 1 is written. If you cannot write three lines, the Method is next door — come back when there is a week left.
