90-day · Week 2

Days 15–21 · Mind

The word that left in the meeting.

Teaching

Fog is a Tuesday problem and a decade problem. This week is the decade version: where judgement is still clear, and where the inner weather takes the week. Quiet that is not collapse. Input that is not anaesthesia. One hour that is not a podcast explaining you to yourself.

If the fog is new, heavy, or frightening, that belongs with a clinician. Horizon will not assess a brain.

This week’s work

  1. Read Mind.
  2. Name it on the map.
  3. Give one hour this week that is not input. A page. A walk without a phone. Date it.

On each path

Standard. Where do you still finish a thought?

Empty House. When the house is quiet, what thought arrives that logistics used to outrun?

Diaspora. Which language do you think in when you are tired — and who does not hear it?

Capacity-first. Which 11pm decision should a junior own? Write the hand-off. Send it next week if this week cannot.

Time · trap · if you cannot

Time. 10 minutes to read. One dated hour without input is the whole assignment.

Trap. Another podcast explaining you to yourself. A brain-fog article as the hour. Assessing a brain on this site.

If you cannot. Name Mind. Write why the hour did not happen. Fog that is new, heavy, or frightening belongs with a clinician.

Done when

Mind is on the map. One hour without input happened, or you named why it did not — that sentence is the work.
