90-day · Week 8

Days 57–63 · Capacity

Seven honest hours. Not a streak.

Teaching

The January page is a theory until a Tuesday confirms it. This week is the inventory: which hours were actually yours. Zero held hours is Capacity-first speaking. Do not decorate that with a calling.

This week’s work

  1. Use The week every day this week — one line, one tick.
  2. At the end, count held hours. Write the number on the January page or next to Time on the map.
  3. If the number is 0–1, switch the path to Capacity-first for the remaining weeks. That is the curriculum working.

On each path

Standard. You are checking whether the page fits a real week.

Empty House. Empty hours are not automatically yours. Note who still claims them.

Diaspora. Mark which hours belong to the other country’s clock.

Capacity-first. One recovered hour is a complete week.

Time · trap · if you cannot

Time. One line a day. Five minutes. Count on day 7.

Trap. A habit-streak app. Shame at zero. Decorating zero with a calling.

If you cannot. A line that says “none” is a complete week. Switch to Capacity-first for the rest of the spine.

This week’s box

Done when

Seven days have a line, even if the line is “none.” The number is written somewhere you will see in Week 12.
