Empty House — after the last child leaves, the rooms get louder.
- Time & money. The standing order that still pretends they live here: date the stop. (I keep topping up an account nobody uses.)
- Meaning. Pick one room of the house that is no longer a shrine. Change one object this month. (His bedroom is a museum I walk past.)
- Relationships. Tell one adult the real load in a single paragraph. (He thinks I am fine because the house is tidy.)
Not a diagnosis. Not a five-year plan. Three things you can still recognise in ninety days.

Diaspora / Dual — two countries, two families, two waiting rooms.
- Body. Name which country’s list this body is actually on — GP, dentist, the scan postponed until the next visit home. Book one appointment here. (I keep waiting until August, as if August is a clinic.)
- Relationships. Decide which Sunday call gets the honest five minutes, and which one gets the weather. Tell one sister or cousin the difference. (Mama still gets the version who is fine.)
- Meaning. Write where you will be allowed to be old. Tell one person before the next flight. (I have not said I might not come back to live.)
Not a diagnosis. Not a five-year plan. Write the map in English or Romanian.

Capacity-first — the week cannot hold the life you named.
- Work. Hand one decision away this month, in writing. If the firm cannot survive that, the firm is the problem. (I still answer Slack at 23:10 because nobody else will.)
- Body. Protect one weekly physical thing you can count on, in the diary as if it were a client. (The first hour of the day already spends the week.)
- Time & money. Name the first expense that is really a refusal to hire help. Price the help. (I am the unpaid operations team.)
Not a diagnosis. Not a five-year plan. Meaning sits behind one recovered hour.
