Time arrived in a rush. That is not the same as rest. The thought you used to outrun with logistics will now sit in the kitchen. Let it. Then decide which room of the house is no longer a shrine, and change one object this month. Not the whole floor. One object. January can hold that.
Tell one adult the real load. He may think you are fine because the house is tidy. That is not his crime. It is the sentence you have not said. Write it in a paragraph. Not a performance review of the marriage.
If the job was only ever to fund their years, write what it is for now. If you do not know, that is a room, not a failure. Protect it for 90 days.
