One line
Antonela M. Butuc is a Dublin-based nutritional therapist and midlife educator — two MScs, IHS diploma, Master EFT, brain-health coach — who helps women live the next decades with more health, energy and self-trust, and will not let an Irish workplace hide behind a poster.
Short bio (85 words)
Antonela Maria Butuc is a nutritional therapist, Master EFT practitioner and brain-health coach. She holds two master’s degrees in nutrition science (University of Chester; Carol Davila, Bucharest), a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from Irish Health Sciences in Dublin, and a postgraduate certificate in workplace wellness from Trinity College Dublin. She consults in person near the Mater Hospital and online worldwide. She founded Wellness Academy — the house for The Midlife Method, Midlife @ Work, Metoda Midlife, and Horizon. The work is a healthier life after 40: wellbeing education and coaching, never diagnosis, never a prescription, never HRT advice.
Longer bio (for a host pack)
The work began with children. It led her to their mothers — including the woman she had been. Inflammation, chronic fatigue, joint pain, and a hormonal shift nobody had prepared her for sent her back to the science, twice. Fifteen-plus years across two health systems. She now works with women whose entry point is often perimenopause or menopause, and whose real question is how they want the next twenty, thirty or forty years to feel. Irish employers hire the same work so experienced women are not lost to silence. Consultations are in Dublin, near the Mater Hospital, and online. Romanian lives as its own site, Metoda Midlife. Horizon is the life-design door inside the same promise.
What she will talk about
- Why midlife is larger than hormone information — and why symptoms are still the honest first sentence.
- Time as the resource: health, energy and self-trust as capacity.
- Why most workplace menopause campaigns fail: silence, manager freeze, EAP-as-the-system. Ireland first.
- Two or three Tuesday levers, not a 40-item identity project.
- Diaspora midlife: two countries, one body, two waiting rooms.
What she will not do on air
Diagnose a caller. Advise HRT. Invent outcome statistics, named employers, or a publication date for the book.
