Sitting 1 · What this is
Read the partner page once. Horizon is life-design, not a diagnosis. The Method is Tuesday. You are not required to understand hormones to be kind. 15 minutes.
Sitting 2 · What you can do this week
One practical relief (a meal, a lift, an hour of quiet). One question you will not ask (“have you tried…”). Steal a sentence from scripts if you need language. 15 minutes + the behaviour.
Sitting 3 · What you will not do
HRT advice. A joint vision board. Announcing her Empty House to the family. Forwarding this as a hint. If she wants you in Week 11, she will say. 15 minutes.
