- Name who lingers on the load map — partner, parent, child, Sunday call, work. One card each. Not a family tree.
- Tell one adult the real load in a single paragraph — or write the paragraph and date when you will send it.

Standard. Who sees the load, not the competent version?
Empty House. Who are you now that you are not ‘mum’ every hour?
Diaspora. Which Sunday call gets five honest minutes? Tell one sister or cousin the difference.
Capacity-first. Which work relationship is a dependency you are afraid to name?

Time. 10 minutes to read. 20 minutes for one paragraph. Sending it is extra.
Trap. A performance review of the marriage. A manifesto. Forwarding this as a hint to the family.
