90-day · Week 5

Days 36–42 · Relationships

Who sees the real load.

Teaching

People think you are fine because the house is tidy. This week is not a verdict on a marriage. It is a map of who is actually in the room. If a relationship is unsafe, stop — this is the wrong door.

Steal a sentence from scripts. Send If you live with her to someone only if you want them to have it.

This week’s work

  1. Read Relationships.
  2. Name it on the map.
  3. Name who lingers on the load map — partner, parent, child, Sunday call, work. One card each. Not a family tree.
  4. Tell one adult the real load in a single paragraph — or write the paragraph and date when you will send it.

On each path

Standard. Who sees the load, not the competent version?

Empty House. Who are you now that you are not ‘mum’ every hour?

Diaspora. Which Sunday call gets five honest minutes? Tell one sister or cousin the difference.

Capacity-first. Which work relationship is a dependency you are afraid to name?

Time · trap · if you cannot

Time. 10 minutes to read. 20 minutes for one paragraph. Sending it is extra.

Trap. A performance review of the marriage. A manifesto. Forwarding this as a hint to the family.

If you cannot. Date the unsent paragraph. If the relationship is unsafe, stop — this is the wrong door.

Done when

Relationships is on the map. One paragraph exists. Sending it is extra credit, not the grade.
