What stays on the device, and what does not.

Quiz answers, passport ticks, Visit drafts, Desk drafts, Tuesday ticks and Rooms answers are stored in your browser’s localStorage. They are not sent to Wellness Academy unless you submit a waitlist form or ask SpaceXAI to rewrite something.

If you ask for a rewrite, the text you typed is sent to our server and then to xAI (SpaceXAI) to generate a reply. Do not put names of colleagues, medical record numbers, or anything you would not put on a postcard. We do not use that text to train a public model on our side. xAI’s processing is under their terms.

Waitlist forms (email, optional name, organisation) are stored in the same inbox as the rest of Wellness Academy and emailed to Antonela. See the hub privacy page for the house rules: GDPR, no selling of lists, unsubscribe on letters.
