The Menopause Passport · private on-device tracker

Your story, in order.
Ready for your doctor.

Track how you actually feel, day by day. Spot honest patterns (only when the data supports them). When your GP appointment comes, print a clear summary. Everything stays on this device — works offline once loaded.

How are you today?

Thirty-second core always shows. Optional symptom domains follow the Method pillars — turn them on or off under My domains.

Date
Sleep last night (0 = terrible · 10 = wonderful)
Energy today (0 = running on fumes · 10 = full tank)
Mood today (0 = very low · 10 = great)
Period today? (optional — cycle changes are often the first clue)
A note for future-you (optional)

My domains

Choose which symptom groups appear on check-in. Core scores (sleep · energy · mood) always stay. Prefs live only on this device.

Recent check-ins

Nothing yet — your first check-in will appear here.

Tips for your stage

Choose your likely stage and get two or three things worth focusing on.

The Greene Climacteric Scale

A standardised 21-question symptom check-in used widely in menopause care. Rate each by how much it has bothered you recently. Re-take every month or two — the change over time is the story. It measures symptoms; it does not diagnose anything.

Previous scores

No assessments saved yet.

Prepare your GP report

Pulls check-ins, scale results, and any honest patterns into a one-page summary. Print or save as PDF. You can also download a clinic pack (JSON) for your own records or tools like Doctor Prep.

Your top questions for the doctor (one per line — three is a good number)
Anything else the doctor should know (history, medications, cycle changes — optional)

Tip: in the print dialog choose “Save as PDF”. Clinic pack never leaves this device unless you send it.

Your data, your rules

Everything lives in this browser on this device — we never see it. Export a backup before clearing browser data or switching devices. Crisis numbers below work offline once this page has loaded once.

Install: Share → “Add to Home Screen” (iPhone) or menu → “Install app” (Android) for offline use.

Optional cloud (Wave 4)

Encrypted vault + revocable GP share link live on the Metoda Midlife platform account page. Local-first stays the default; cloud needs an account and a separate vault passphrase (never sent to the server in the clear).

Menopause symptom summary

Prepared with the Menopause Passport (The Midlife Method) · Printed · Self-reported wellbeing record — not a diagnosis or medical record.

This summary organises the patient's own self-reported information to support the consultation. It is not a medical record, diagnosis or clinical assessment. Pattern notes, if any, are descriptive associations in the patient's own data only. Greene Climacteric Scale scores are self-administered.

Please read: the Menopause Passport is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device, and nothing here is a diagnosis. Symptoms can have causes other than perimenopause or menopause — some of which need medical attention. Please talk to your GP or a menopause specialist about anything affecting your health, especially new, severe or worrying symptoms. If you are in immediate danger call 112 / 999.
