Privacy notice

Last updated: 9 August 2026. This is a practical notice for a small professional service website. Have counsel review before high-volume processing or multi-country payroll data.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form fields you submit (name, work email, organisation, role, message)
  • Basic technical logs from our host (IP, browser) as part of normal hosting
  • If you book a call, data held by the booking provider you use

Why

To respond to enquiries, schedule discovery calls, send proposals, and deliver contracted services. Legal bases typically include legitimate interests and/or contract steps.

Workplace programmes

Anonymous pulse surveys and aggregate reports are designed to minimise individual identification. Employer projects are scoped in the statement of work. We do not use programme data to provide individual medical advice.

Sharing

Processors may include website host, form provider, email, and booking tools. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & rights

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed for the commercial relationship or legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable under GDPR by emailing the address on the contact page.
