Privacy Policy
In short: we collect the minimum we need, we never sell or rent data to anyone, corporate pulse surveys are anonymous by design, and this site uses no tracking cookies at all. This English policy covers what English-speaking visitors actually use: corporate-services enquiries, diaspora client enquiries, the ROI calculator, and our web forms. The Romanian policy covers the full Romanian-language product range.
1. Who we are

3. Corporate surveys: anonymous by design
When a company runs a menopause-at-work pulse survey with us:
- we do not collect names, emails, device identifiers or free-text fields, and the IP address is not stored with the responses;
- responses are recorded only as values on closed scales (e.g. 1–5), with the date truncated to the day;
- results are reported to the employer aggregate-only and only when there are at least 5 responses — below that threshold, nothing is shown. This n≥5 rule is enforced server-side, not merely promised;
- neither the employer nor we, in reporting, can link any response to a person.
This means the survey data is treated as anonymous within the meaning of Recital 26 GDPR. We do not ask you to take our word for it — the system is built so that identification is practically impossible, not merely forbidden by a policy.
4. Where data is stored
- Website forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify Inc. (USA), and forwarded to us by email; the transfer relies on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses, with a data processing agreement (DPA) in place.
- Anonymous surveys are stored in a database within the European Union (Frankfurt region).
- Emails (newsletter and replies) are managed through our hosting mail (Hostinger).
5. How long we keep data
- Contact and enquiry messages: no longer than 24 months after the last correspondence.
- Email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe (the link is in every email) or after 24 months of inactivity.
- ROI calculator report requests: until you withdraw consent, no longer than 24 months.
- Anonymous survey data: indefinitely (it is not personal data) — used for aggregate market benchmarks.
- B2B contractual and invoicing records: for the periods required by applicable tax and accounting law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). Write to us at antonela@wellnessacademy.ie and we will respond within 30 days.
If you have a complaint we have not resolved, you can contact the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the data protection authority in your own EU/EEA country — for example the DPC in Ireland or the ICO in the UK.
7. Cookies and traffic
This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies and loads no third-party resources during normal browsing (fonts and scripts are self-hosted; the transparent exceptions: form submissions via Netlify, the corporate survey via the EU-hosted database, and the optional AI chat module — all described in sections 2–4). A single localStorage entry remembers your colour-theme preference; it identifies nothing and is sent nowhere. If we ever introduce traffic analytics, it will be a cookie-free solution that does not identify visitors, and this policy will be updated first.
8. Changes
Any change to this policy will be published here with its update date. For significant changes affecting consent already given, we will notify you by email.
