About

Hi, I'm Antonela.

For years I heard the same sentence in different kitchens and Zoom rooms: “I think I'm losing my mind.” They weren't. They were losing sleep, steady energy, and the feeling of being themselves — while the system offered seven minutes and a shrug.

I'm a nutritionist with dual training — Bucharest and the UK — and 15+ years across two health systems. Dublin-based. I meet women at the urgent door — sleep, fog, energy, the feeling of not being themselves — and I keep the larger question in the room: how do you want the next twenty, thirty, forty years to feel. Irish employers use the same expertise on Midlife @ Work.

What I am: a nutritionist and menopause educator (MSc Nutrition & Food Safety, Carol Davila; MSc Exercise & Nutrition Science, University of Chester). What I'm not: a doctor — and I'll never pretend otherwise. That honesty is the foundation everything else here is built on. The Midlife Method™ is my answer: Fuel. Strength. Restore. Self. Plus the navigation skills to be heard by your GP and supported at work.

How I work — the honest version

I stay in my lane

I coach food, movement, sleep, stress and confidence. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or advise on HRT — those conversations belong with your doctor, and I'll help you prepare for them properly.

I follow the science, not the hype

Everything I teach maps to mainstream menopause guidance. If the evidence is thin, I say so. If a supplement is a waste of your money, I say that too.

I measure, so you can see it

Every programme starts and ends with a validated symptom check-in. Proof beats promises — for you, and for me.

I keep it doable

You're carrying a career, a family, and possibly ageing parents. My job is to find the two or three changes that matter — not add forty more to your list.
