The wellbeing disclaimer (read this one)
The Midlife Method provides wellbeing education and coaching — support with nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, mindset and navigating the system. We are not doctors and this is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Specifically:
We never diagnose any condition. Our quiz, Passport tool and programmes describe wellbeing patterns — they cannot tell you what is medically wrong or right.
We never advise starting, stopping or changing HRT or any medication. Those decisions belong with you and your doctor.
Symptoms can have causes other than menopause, some of which need medical attention. Please talk to your GP or a menopause specialist about anything affecting your health — especially new, severe or worrying symptoms.
Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantees of any health outcome — anyone who does should worry you.
Privacy — the short honest version
The quiz runs in your browser. Your answers and inputs are processed on your device and are not sent to us unless you choose to submit your email. The Menopause Passport stores everything in your browser's local storage — we never see, receive or hold that data; deleting your browser data (or using the tool's delete button) removes it. When you give us your email (quiz results, newsletter, enquiries, purchases), we use it to send you what you asked for plus our newsletter, which you can leave with one click. We store it on our hosting mail (Hostinger) so we can reply and send what you asked for. We never sell or share it, and you can ask to see or delete your data anytime at antonela@wellnessacademy.ie. We comply with GDPR; our lawful bases are consent (marketing) and contract (purchases).
Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card details. Cookies: this site itself sets no tracking cookies; embedded third-party services (payment, scheduling, video) may set their own, listed in their policies.
Terms of purchase
Programme places are personal and non-transferable without our agreement. The 10-week programme carries a two-week happiness guarantee: tell us within 14 days of the start date and we refund in full. Masterclass tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event, or transferable to a future date anytime. Membership renews monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective the following billing cycle. For everything else, Irish consumer law applies — and beyond it, so does common decency: if something's wrong, write to us and we'll sort it.
Community rules
Our community spaces run on three rules: kindness first; what's shared there stays there; and no medical advice from anyone — experiences may be shared, prescriptions may not. We remove content or members that break these, gently but firmly.
