If you sit with her, this is the spine in your mouth.
For 1:1, the conversation, or a private room. There is no public live cohort. Pair with the 60-minute hour and the 30-minute session. Education, not therapy.

House rules for the facilitator
- Capacity-first is always legal. Never a demotion.
- Do not advise on HRT, pensions, or the marriage.
- Do not extend the hour because the story is unfinished.
- Do not invent a weekly Zoom because this page exists.
- One owned list. Copy from emails if she asked.
